		<description>I think it depends on the context as well. Generally speaking, I like buttons to get my attention and prompt me to take an action. On a slightly separate note big buttons work well from Fitts law perspective as well because bigger the surface area, better the click through.</description>

		<description>Are you referring to the dimensions of the buttons or their visual weight/emphasis?  In the first example the button isn&#039;t that big really but you do see it right away. </description>
