		<description>I once saw these referred to as &quot;utility links&quot; and I&#039;ve been calling them that ever since as that&#039;s exactly their essence, providing quick-access utility. Maybe the label will stick as much as their trending use, because it&#039;s a lot easier to say and write than using &quot;upper right hand corner menu.&quot; The label also suggests more of a function over just being a generic menu.</description>
